The protection of your personal data is important to us at SPEDICAM & LOGISTIK GmbH. The processing of your personal data, including your name, address, email address or telephone number, is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The use of our website is generally possible without the requirement to submit personal data. Should we collect personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses), this shall always take place on a voluntary basis. Data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. Please note that data transfer over the Internet (e.g. when communicating via email) may pose security vulnerabilities, and total protection of data from access by third parties is therefore not possible. The use of contact details by third parties which are published as part of our imprint obligations to send unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of an unsolicited sending of advertising information, i.e. spam emails.

This website collects a set of general data and information every time it is accessed. The general data and information is stored in the server log files. The following data may be recorded: (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (referrers), (4) the sub-websites which are accessed via an accessing system on our website, (5) the date and time of access to the website, (6) the Internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system and (8) other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.
When using this general data and information, SPEDICAM & LOGISTIK GmbH draws no conclusions about you. Profiling does not occur. However, we require this information to provide the content of our website in a correct manner, to optimise the content of our website and to advertise it, to ensure the continued functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website, and to provide the information required for prosecution to the respective law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyberattack.
The data and information collected anonymously is analysed for statistical purposes by SPEDICAM & LOGISTIK GmbH to increase data protection and data security in our company. We store the anonymous data on the server log files separately from all the personal data provided by you. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para 1 letter f) GDPR.
3. Data processing when you contact our company
You can contact us via the email address indicated on our website. If you contact SPEDICAM & LOGISTK GMBH, we will automatically save the personal data you provide. The personal data submitted to SPEDICAM & LOGISTIK GmbH on a voluntary basis will be stored for the purposes of processing your request and/or to contact you.
The legal basis for processing data is for the purposes of initiating or executing an agreement pursuant to Art. 6 para 1 letter b) GDPR and in all other cases Art. 6 para 1 letter f) GDPR. When transferring data to a third country, the legal basis is Art. 49 para 1 letter b) GDPR.
4. Use of Google Maps
The legal basis for processing your personal data using Google Maps is Art. 6 para 1 letter f) GDPR. The transfer of personal data to the USA shall be as stipulated in the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement pursuant to Art. 45 para 1 GDPR, which Google has joined.
5. Data transfer to third parties
Access to personal data is technically possible for service providers and contractual partners commissioned by us to operate our websites. These third-party service providers are obligated to use your personal information exclusively to provide the services requested by us or otherwise in accordance with our instructions.
Apart from the above data transfers, we do not disclose, sell or market your personal data to third parties, e.g. to other companies or organisations, unless you have granted your express consent for us to do so, or the data transfer is required to fulfil our contractual obligations with respect to you, the user of the website.

6. Duration of data storage
The stipulation for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the expiry of this retention period, we routinely delete the data, provided it is no longer required to execute or initiate a contract.
If the purpose of storage ceases to exist or if a storage period stipulated by European directives and regulations or any other relevant legislation expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

As a data subject you are entitled to the rights stipulated in Articles 15-21 GDPR with respect to SPEDICAM & LOGISTIK GmbH if the conditions specified in such articles are fulfilled. These are the rights to: access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restrict processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR) and to object (Articles 21 and 22 GDPR). You also have the right of appeal to the supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
